02 Stock & finish

The materials
we keep on the floor.

Drag sideways. Every weight below is held in Accra, so nothing waits on an import.

  • Sheets of ivory board. Ivory board

Smooth white face. The default for retail bags and printed sleeves.

  • Natural kraft board. Natural kraft

Unbleached brown. Takes one- and two-colour screen print best.

  • Thick greyboard sheets. Greyboard

The rigid core. Wrapped by hand, never folded. This is the luxury one.

  • Rolls of satin webbing handle ribbon. Satin webbing

Flat ribbon handle, knotted inside. Black and ivory always in stock.

  • Twisted paper rope handles. Twisted rope

Rolled paper cord. The everyday handle — cheaper, fully recyclable.

  • Matte, gloss and foil finish samples. Finishes

Lamination for durability, spot UV and foil for the logo only.

03 Who we make for

The name on
the box changes.
The standard
doesn't.

The client list runs from one-shop boutiques in Osu and East Legon to banks, foundations and multinationals. Every job goes through the same board, the same press and the same pair of hands.

Which is the point, if you're the boutique. Your fifty boxes are wrapped by the people who wrap theirs.

04 Board to bag

Five steps,
ten to fourteen days.

Nothing here is a mystery. This is exactly what happens between your artwork landing with us and a box arriving at your shop.

    Artwork

Send a vector logo and any Pantone references. No artwork yet? We'll set the file up for you — charged once, then it's yours.

    02

    Die

Your dieline is cut into a steel rule die. Standard sizes use a die we already hold; a custom size is a one-time charge and we keep it on file for reorders.

    03

    Print

Offset for full colour, screen for one or two solid colours on kraft, hot foil for metallics. You approve a printed proof before the full run.

    04

    Form

Cut, creased and glued. Rigid boxes are wrapped by hand here in the workshop — it's the slow step, and the reason they look the way they do.

    05

    Finish

Handles threaded, ribbon attached, counted and boxed. Delivered across Accra, or couriered nationwide.

05 Paperbuddy

We take the
paper back.

Paperbuddy is our recycling arm. It collects paper waste from offices, schools and shops around Accra, runs environmental sessions in classrooms, and feeds our own offcuts straight back into board.

If your brand is going to hand something to a customer, it may as well be something you can account for.

06 Asked every week

Before you
message us.

What is the smallest order you'll take?

Fifty for rigid boxes, one hundred for bags, two hundred and fifty for food packaging and labels. Below that the die and the print setup cost more than the boxes do.

How long does an order take?

Ten to fourteen working days for bags and cartons, twelve to sixteen for rigid boxes, from the day artwork and payment are confirmed. Reorders of a job we've run before are faster, because the die and files already exist.

What artwork do you need?

Vector, please — .ai, .eps or a vector .pdf, with fonts outlined and any Pantone numbers noted. A screenshot or a JPG from Instagram will not print cleanly at size. If vector is all you don't have, we can redraw it.

Can I see it before the full run?

Yes. Every job gets a digital mock-up for free, and a physical sample before printing on request. Samples are charged and the cost comes off the order.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

Delivery within Accra is arranged directly. Anywhere else in Ghana goes by courier at cost — we pack for transit so nothing arrives creased.

How is it priced?

Per piece, and it drops sharply with quantity — board, print colours, finish and handle all move it. Send a spec and you'll have a real number the same day rather than a range that turns out to be wrong.
